Subject:

Certification of Seabrook Station Unit 1 Technical Specifications.

Gentlemen Reference (e) transmitted revisions to the draft Technical Specifications for Seabrook Station which were originally provided via Reference (c) and certified by Reference (d).

New Hampshire Yankee has reviewed these revised Technical Specifications as compared to the current Seabrook Station Technical Specification? [ Reference (a)] and References (b), (c), and (d) and has determined that these revisions accurately reflect the as-built plant.

New Hampshire Yankee has performed a process to certify these Technical Specifications based on a review of the Seabrook FSAR through Amendment 61, the NRC Staff's Safety Evaluation Report through Supplement 7, and the as-built condition of the facility. To the best of my knowledge and belief, and based on the foregoing, I certify that the draft Technical Specifications, as forwarded by Reference (e), are compatible with the as-built plant configuration, h5 0044 890428 P
