APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.
S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A
to these licenses be amended to correct errors and provide consistency between the units.
The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in Attachments A-1 and A-2 to this Application.
A Safety Evaluation is set forth in Attachment B.
A no significant hazard evaluation is set forth in Attachment C.
Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to these Operating Licenses be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
