The. proposed. amendment would provide an action statement for operation.with both.

This amendment would also revise the channel calibration surveillance frequency for. the containment particulate and gaseous radiation monitors in Table 4.3-3 of the Technical Specifications.

This change request supersedes our Operating License Change Request No.
161/21 submitted to you on January 12, 1989.
