Gentlemen:
Reference (b) documents the results of an NRC Inspection of Maine Yankee's
Vendor Interface'and Procurement Programs, conducted during May, June and July
of 1988.
In References (c) through (f), Maine Yankee provided periodic status
reports of procurement improvements. He find we need additional time to
respond to the Notice of Violation in Reference (g). He will provide our
response by July 21, 1989.
