THERMAL FATIGUE CRACKING IN PIPING CONNECTED TO REACTOR C00LANT' SYSTEMS The response to the attached action item is due to DEST (Mr. Shao's Office, BE1) by June 8, 1989.
Please make sure that D/ DEST receives a copy of the final ticket response.
When preparing the response, please' add to the concurrence page distribution list "LShao" and the appropriate ticket number identifying the action item.
For example, LShao (WITS 87-XX or DEST 87-XX or YT879XXX or EDO #26XX).
