VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 and 2 TEMPORARY SECURITY MEASURES - FLOOD WALL PROJECT The purpose of this letter is to notify you of the temporary security measures to be taken for the construction of the flood protection dike. The enclosure to this letter provides the details of these temporary security measures.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d) and 10 CFR 73.21, safeguards actlyilles and security measures are exempt from public disclosure. Therefore, we recognize that the enclosure to this letter will not be placed in the NRC public document room.
