$150. This application was for an amendment relating to removal of i
I Cycle-Specific Parameter Limits from the Technical Specifications for the Clinton Power Station. The enclosed revisions to 10 CFR 170 that became effective on January 30, 1989, deleted the requirement for a $150 application fee for reactor applications and topical reports.
Therefore, a $150 check does not need to be remitted.with future applications.
As an administrative convenience, we are not refunding the $150 to you.
