Gentlemen:
Enclosed for filing with the NRC is Amendment 95 to the License Application of Philadelphia Electric Company for Unit 2 of the Limerick Generating Station (LGS).
This amendment is comprised of Revision 58 to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR), Revision 12 to the Fire Protection Evaluation Report (FPER), and Revision 19 to the Emergency Plan. The changes to the FSAR ard FPER represent Unit 1 modifications to the facility and periodic updates to the Units 1 and 2 FSAR figures.
The changes to the Units 1 and 2 FSAR figures and corresponding Table 1.7 of the FSAR.
are in response to the January 28, 1988 Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance
'(SALP) Report. The changes to the Emergency Plan further update this document to reflect the incorporation of Unit 2 into the Protected Area Boundary.
. This submittal also satisfies the requirements of 10 CFR 50.71(e)(2) for LGS Unit 1.
