This refers-to our Confirmatory Action Letter RIII 89-009, dated March 28, 1989, relating to the remedial action for your licensed operator requalification program at the Point Beach Nuclear Plant based on the 42%
failure rate'on the NRC examinations administered during the week of February 27, 1989.
Based on our folicwup efforts, Region III has concluded you have met all of your commitments noted in the above Confirmatory Action Letter and therefore this Confirmatory Action Letter is considered closed. The actions you have taken resulted in successful re-examination of all concerned individuals.
Our examination results have been sent to you in Examination Reports No. 50-266/301-OL-09-02; No. 50-266/301-OL-89-04.
