Enclosed are thirty four (34) copies of the following: (1) the resolution of an outstanding ABWR '
Standard Analysis Report (SSAR) issue pertaining to LOCA calculational methods (Attachment 1); and (2) responses to the Ouality Assurance Branch Request for Additional Information (RAI) dated May 16,1989 (Attachment 2).-
It is intended that GE will amend the SSAR accordingly in e future amendment.
Please note that the information contained in Attachment 1 is of the type that GE customarily maintains in confidence and withholds from public disclosure. This information has been handled and classified as proprietary to GE as indicated in the affidavit attached to the referenced letter.
