'McGuire Nuclear' Station Docket.Nos. 50-369, 370 tInspection Report Nos. 50-369, 370/88-33 Notice of. Corrective Action Delay Gentlemen:-
In my: letter 'of March 16, 1989, Reply to a Notice of Violation,-Inspection Report-Nos..50-369, 370/88-33,-I committed that corrective actions for violation-369/370/88-33-09'would be complete by June 1, 1989.. While some of these corrective actions have been completed, we have expanded the scope of. work'on others. Upon: reviewing maintenance and I&E procedures.for resetting travel stops and repositioning manual throttic valves we discovered that more procedures would-require revisions.with more-detail than was originally planned. Due to this broadened scope of work, corrective actions for this violation will not be complete until December 1, 1989.
'This delay is considered to be of no significance with respect to.the health and safety of the public.
