Security Plan Revision 22
Dear Sirs:
In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 (p), Revision 22 of the Fort St. Vrain Physical Security Plan with Appendix "B",
" Security Training and Qualification Plan" and Appendix "C",
" Safeguards Contingency Plan" are submitted for review and approval as the operational Security Plan for Fort St. Vrain.
Appendix "A", " Security Plan for the Protection, Receipt and Storage of Special Nuclear Material and Special Security Measures During Refueling Operations", (Confidential), is being submitted as Revision 22, without changes, under separate cover.
The implementation schedule for specific changes is documented under to this letter.
Those changes which are r.ot specifically identified in Attachment I were implemented on the effective date of the document.
Explanations of all changes are documented under Attachment 2 to this letter.
We request that the attached information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790 (d) and 10 CFR 73.21.
