In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 (p), AnnonM v "A"
" Security Plan for the Protection, Receipt and Storage of Special Nuclear Material and Special Security Measures During Refueling Operations", (Confidential), of the Fort St. Vrain Physical Security Plan is being submitted as Revision 22, without changes, for review and approval.
Revision 22 of the Fort St.
Vrain Physical Security Plan with Appendix "B"
and Appendix "C" have been submitted under separate cover.
With this transmittal, your organization will have a complete copy of the Fort St. Vrain Physical Security Plan, Revision 22.
We request that the attached information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790 (d) and 10 CFR 95.
