An application dated August 11, 1988, was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review.
This application transmitted the Criticality Safety Assessment for Use of the Plasma Arc Torch to Cut the Upper Core Support Assembly Baffle Plates and the Core Support Shield for the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit No. 2.
The fee required pursuant to-10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that you remit the application fee of $150 for your August 11 request.
