' REQUEST REGARDING TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION LIMIT ON FUEL-ENRICHMENT (TACNO.64813).

' By-letter dated December the Arkansas Nuclear One,12, .1986,(you Unit 1, ANO-1) proposed Technical a Specifications license amendment (TS) to change regarding fuel enrichment (TS 5.3.1.6) and active fuel length (TS 5.3.1.2).

The change to the active fuel. length was made a part of Amendment No. 113 on November 8, 1988.' "egarding the change to the fuel enrichment TS, it is the staff's understanding that it is no longer requested. Therefore, the proposed change is considered to be withdrawn. I discussed this with your staff on April 7, 1989-by telephone. If this information is not correct, please notify -

the NRC of your intended actions withir.10 days of receipt of this letter.
