ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT (TAC NO. 71929)
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 29 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-21 for Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1, in response to your application dated January 20, 1989 The amendment to the Technical Specifications removes cycle-specific parameter limits, decreases the Minimum Critical Power Ratio from 1.07 to 1.04 6.nd removes a previous approval to initiate reactor startup with flow indication from 1.of the 20 jet pumps unavailable.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
