Enclosed is proposed Revision B to the YNPS Security Trisining and Qua'ification Plan in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p). The proposed changes reflect upgrading of the Firearms Qualification Courses to practical, performance-based, combat oriented programs to prepare security officers to survive a lethal confrontation !
and protect themselves, others and the YNPS. Additional editorial changes are included identifying the addition of semi- .
automatic handguns and rifles to the firearms program.
Attachment A describes the proposed changes. Attachment B l contains the effected pages.
