AMENDMENT N0. 88 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-54 RANCHO SECO NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION (TAC NO. 65731)

The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 88to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated June 29, 1987.

This amendment adds a new Technical Specification 3.29, " Meteorological Monitoring Instrumentation."

A copy of our Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in the Comission's biweekly Federal Register notice.
