My November 16, 1988 reply to Severity Level IV Violation number 50-413,414/88-33-01, indicated I would submit a Technical Specification amendment request to deletc specific gravity requirements for the Standby Shutdown Facility Nicad batteries. Please be advised I will submit the Technical Specification amendment request prior to July 17, 1989. As l

indicated in my Decc.nber 13, 1988 submittal, the proposed Technical Specification change is an enhancement which does not affect full compliance.
