Attached is a copy of the final exercise report for the June 28, 1988, exercise of the offsite radiological emergency preparedness plans site- 4 specific to the North Anna Power Station. 'Ihis was a full-participation exercise for the Cannonwealth of Virginia and Iouisa, ,

Spotsylvania, Caroline, Hanover, and Orarge Counties. 'Ihis final '

exercise report was prepared by the FDR Region III office staff.

'Ihere were no deficiencies identified during this exercise; however, '

there are several areas requiring corrv.ctive action. A schedule for correction of the areas requiring corrective action is included in the report. Based on the results of this exercise, the offsite ,

radiological emergency plans and p1W remain adequate to protect the health and safety of the public in the event of an accident' at the North Anna Power Station, and the 44 CFR 350 approval grantei on February 23, 1983, remains in effect. j If you should have any geestions, please contact Craig S.
