Transmittal of Changes to the Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures Pursuant to 10 CFR 50, Part 50.54(q), six (6) controlled copies of changes to the Fort Calhoun Station are being provided.

Two (2) copies (control copy number 165) are provided, one for document control and one for the public document room with privacy information excluded. Three (3) copies (control copy numbers 154,155 and 156) have been provided to the Regional Office in Arlington, Texas; and one (1) copy (control copy number 56) has been provided to the NRC Resident office. A transmittal sheet is provided for each copy to confirm receipt of the serialized document.

It is requested that these sheets be completed and returned within five (5) days of receipt.

NOTE:

Procedure OSC-15 contains Privacy Information.
