SUMMARY

OF UNIT 1 OPERATING EXPERIENCE '

April 1986 4/1 Unit I began this reporting period at 100% Reactor Power (860 MWe) 4/23 At 1030, the Unit began reducing power in an effort to reduce vibration on 11 Moisture Seperator Reheater (MSR) high level dump line. This line was experiencing full flow because the normal level line was being repaired.

4/23 At 1230, Reactor Power was at 84% (722 MWe) and vibration had not decreased. The Unit began increasing to full load.

4/23 At 1700, the Unit was at full power (860 MWe).

4/30 The Unit was at full power (860 MWe) at the end of this reporting period.

i

SUMMARY

OF UNIT 2 OPERATING EXPERIENCE April 1986 4/1 Unit 2 began this reporting period at 100% Reactor Power (860 MWe).

4/25 At 0730 the Unit began decreasing Reactor Power to 98.77 % (845 MWe). This was due to a loss of the plant computer compounded by calorimetric problems.

4/25 At 1900 the Plant Computer was restored and the Unit began increasing power. The Unit was fully loaded (860 MWe) at 2030.

4/25 At 2300 the Unit began decreasing Reactor Power to 98.77 % (840 MWe). This was due to a loss of the plant computer compounded by calorimetric problems.

4/26 At 0745 the Plant Computer was restored and the Unit began increasing power. The Unit was fully loaded (860 MWe) at 0900.

4/30 The Unit was at full power (860 MWe) at the end of this reporting period.
