Don Lomax and Dale James"of ^ your staff for a_ Management Meeting .to be followed by an Enforcement Conference in the Region IV office on June 7,1989, at 12:30 p.m. (CDT).- The purpose of the Management Meeting is to discuss your plans and-schedule for issue of overdue Licensee Event. Reports and other reporting issues. This' ! . meeting is expected to last about 1 hour and the Enforcement Conference will begin at about 1:30 p.m. (CDT). The purpose of the Enforcement Conference is to discuss an apparent violation l in NRC Inspection Report 50-313/89-04; 50-368/89-04. This apparent violation l relates to the piping and support system design for-the Unit 1 high pressure injection system with regard to temperatures expected during all possible= , modes of operation for the system.
