1964 to December 31, 1974, and-(7) any NRC Staff report (s) or correspondence to the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards acLociated with its review of the issuance of the provisional operating license and/or the full-term operating license for Nine Mile Point Unit 1.
As used herein, " document" includes, but is not limited to, any draft or other form of any agency record, whether edited ormarked upon, and includes all documents within the custody or control of any agency officer or employee without regard to location, filing or generation of the document.
