The subject addendum is forwarded to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) as prescribed in the NRC approved August 1983 " Physical Security Plan, San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units-1, 2 and 3."

with NRC Region V Headquarters (P. Champion [SCE], and D. Schaefer [NRC-V)).
Two copies of this addendum have also been foraarded by this letter to the -
Regional Administrator, NRC Region V.
The temporary change presented in this addendum does not decrease'the safeguards effectiveness of this plan.
The addendum contains " Safeguards Information" and must be protected under 10 CFR 73.21.
