ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT (TAC NO. 72871)
The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.117 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-61 for the Haddam Neck Plant, in response to your application dated March 31, 1989 as supplemented May 25, 1989.
The amendment revises the one-tine relaxation of the containment integrity Technical Specifications to allow the cleaning or replacement of the containment air recirculation fan setor heat exchangers while at power.
A' copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The Notice of Issuance and Final Determination of No Significant Hazards Consideration and Opportunity for Hearing will be included in the Comission's bi-weekly Federal Register noticc.
