Summary of Ooeratina Exoerience The unit entered the month shutdown as the result of a maintenance outage to. repair a leak on a manway cover on; the Pressurizer. The repairs wereLcompleted, and the unit was returned to service on February 7, 1989. The unit was again taken out of service on February 12, 1989, to replace the Reactor Coolant Loop "B" Wide Range Hot Leg RTD. Repairs were completed and the unit was returned to service'on' February 13.-1989.-
