In such cases the average daily unit power output sheet should be footnoted to explain the apparent anomaly.

Power operation continued until March 6,1989, when an automatic f<eetter Trip occurred during the performance of a turbine surveillance caused by a defective test switch.

A Nuclear Work Request was written to replace the defective test switch during the upcoming outage.

The untt was returned to service on March 8, 1989. Power cperation continued through the end of the month.
