Enforcement Conference in the Region -IV office. The revised date and time for.

the Management Meeting and Enforcement Conference discussed in our June 2,

1989, letter is June 12, 1989, at 12:30 p.m. (CDT).

The' purpose of the Management Meeting is to discuss your plans andLschedule

for issue of overdue Licensee Event Reports and other reporting issues. This

meeting is expected to last about I hour and the Enforcement Conference will

The purpose of the Enforcement Conference is to discuss an apparent violation

in NRC Inspection Report 50-313/89-04; 50-368/89-04. This apparent violation

relates to the piping and support system design for the Unit I high pressure

injection system with regard-to temperatures expected during all possible

modes of operation for the system. The attached agenda lists the issues to be

discussed in the Enforcement Conference.
