This letter. refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by
Mr., Joseph Carrasco of this office on April 29 to May 6,
1989 at
Limerick Unit 2 Nuclear Generating Station.
Mr. Carrasco
discussed the results of the inspection with Mr. D. O'Rourke.and
other. members of your staff.at the conclusion of the. inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC
Region I inspecc. ion report which.is enclosed'with this letter.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examination of procedures and representative records, interviews
with. personnel', and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed..
