TV Electric has assigned Mr. Robert J. Prince to the position of Assistant Radiation Protection Manager (ARPM).
In this role, Mr. Prince is responsible for the following:
1.
Directing the day-to-day activities of Radiation Protection Health Physicists.and Engineers, interfacing directly with Radiation Protection first line supervision and providing technical expertise in all aspects of Radiation Protection.
2.
Reviewing and approving Radiation Protection procedures.
3.
Participating in the Station Operations Review Committee as a member.
A copy of Mr. Prince's resume and a draft copy of the text from a future FSAR amendment regarding the responsibilities of the ARPM are enclosed.

When the appointed Radiation Protection Manager (RPM) does not meet the criter.ia specified in Regulatory Guide 1.8 (see section IA(B)), an AssistantRadiationProtectionManager(ARPM)shallbedesignatedwho.
does. satisfy the Regulatory Guide criteria. While this condition exists the ARPM who reports to the RPM, shall have direct access to the Vice President, Nuclear Operations; Manager, Plant Operations and the Corporate Health Physics Supervisor, as necessary to pursue radiation protection (R.P.) Matters; and, as a minimum, the ARPM, shall:
