this application is to increase the authorized raximum U-235 enrichment for Westinghouse 17x17 OFA fuel designs to 4.45 wt % when shipped in the RCC container with Gadolinium Oxide poison plates. has been revised to update the container drop test information ard provide better pictures of the container drop test results. has been revised to expand the comparison of the tested container to all RCC designed containers. has been revised to provide consistency between the drop test results (Attachnent 1) and the General Criticality Stardards (Attachment 19). 9 has been revised to justify this U-235 enrichment increase from 4.30 wt % to 4.45 wt %.
The calculated K-effective with the inclusion of a 95/95 confidence level (bias and uncertainties in the calculation and bEc& ark) is below 0.950.
