SUBJECT:
WATERFORD 3 ALLEGATIONS r-On January 30,1085, 01A corresponded with Ms. Garde in an attempt to neet with her as soon as possible to discuss the allegations in question. Our follow up telephone calls to Ms. Garde on February 6,11, and 19 failed to result in an appointment for interview.
Finally, on February 20, 1985, agreement was reached with Ms. Garde to meet with her and another GAP rep-resentative during the week of February 25, 1085. However, she has declined to discuss a specific appointment date unti" February 22. l'e will again contact her on February 22 and attempt to establish a meeting date prior to the upcomino Comission briefing, now scheduled for Tuesday, February 26, 1985.

c The NRC Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, recently published Supplement 8-(NUREG-0797) to the Safety Evaluation Report for the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant.
