CASE NOS. RII-88-A-0082 Enclosed are two letters received by the NRC from' an anonymous source. These are' similar to those forwarded by' our letter dated December 14, 1988.
However,-they identify two additional issues. The NRC has not made an attempt to ascertain the accuracy of the information supplied by the individual. This' matter was discussed between D. M. Verre111, Region II, and W. T. Cottle, System Energy Resources, Inc.,-(SERI) on March 30, 1989.

The enclosed 'information is not being placed in the Public Document Room.
Appropriate safeguards must be applied to the enclosed information in view of its : unsubstantiated nature in order to avoid an unwarranted invasion of-privacy or defamation of character of named individuals.
