FORT ST. VRAIN NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION AMENDMENT NO. 20 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-34 The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 20 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-34,for the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station in response to your applications for amendment dated January 9, 1978, and January 26, 1979.
The amendment revises the Technical Specifications to: (1)installeight test fuel elements into the reactor core at the first refueling, and (2) install PGX graphite surveillance specimens into five bottom transition reflector elements of the reactor core.
A copy of the Safety Evaluation supporting this amendment and the related Federal Register Notice are also enclosed.
