' August 28,1998, transmitting the FEMA report for the subject exercise.
There were no deficiencies identified during the June 3,1998, full-participation exercise, however,23 Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) were identified. Please provide assistance to offsite officials to address and resolve the identified items, as appropriate, if this has not already been done.
