This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Mark Turkal of your staff and Mr. Gerald Wiseman of the NRC Region II Division of Reactor l

Safety on August 31. 1998, concerning a meeting requested by your management to discuss the status of your fire protection improvement plan.

The meeting, which had originally _ been scheduled for September 1.1998, and was postponed due to inclement weather. will now be held on September 17. 1998, at 10:30 am.

l The location of the meeting will be at the NRC Region II office. in the Main Conference Room at 61.Forsyth Street. SW. Suite 24T20. Atlanta, Georgia.
