Dear Mr. Taylor:

As part of the NRC's review of the Framatome Electrosleeve Process for Union Electric Company, the staff obtained assistance from Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) to perform a review of the corrosion behavior of electrosleeve repair materials. The staff has determined that the attached Technical Letter Report, prepared for the NRC by ANL at the conclusion of the review, may contain information that is proprietary to Framatome Technologies.

Please review the enclosed report to determine if the report contains information that you believe is proprietary to Framatome Technologies. If you believe certain information is proprietary, please identify the information to the staff and provide appropriate documentation in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 to support your determination.
