Amendment No. 20, dated 4/10/87 Union Electric Company is transmitting an application for amendment to Facility Operating License No. NPF-30 for Callaway Plant.

This amendment application deletes item 1.a from Table 4.3-3 that was inadvertently omitted in our Amendment-20 request.

Also "echnical Specification 4.11.2.5 is being revised to correct an administrative oversight that references the wrong Specification for Table 3.3-13.

Enclosures 2, 3,

and 4 contain the Proposed Technical Specification Changes, the Safety Evaluation, and the Significant Hazard Evaluation in support of this amendment request.

The proposed changes will become effective for Union Electric implementation upon NRC approval.

Enclosed is a check for the

$150.00 application fee (Enclosure 1) as required by 10 CFR 170.21.
