Submittal of Revision 17 to the Yankee Security Plan (Plan)
Dear Mr. Russell:
Enclosed is a revision tc the Plan and a description of the changes made pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54 (p).
Attachment (A) describes the changes made to our Plan as the result of a commitment made to NRC at tho June 23, 1987 Enforcement Conference.
These organizational changes are one component of our overall effort to improve the security program at Rowe.
These changes have been reviewed by the Plant Operation Review Committee and do not decrease the effectiveness of our Plan.
The contents of enclosed attachment (A) are considered " SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION" and should be withheld from public disclosure, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.
