d To emphasize the need for. improved management attention in the: area of',.
10 CFR 50.59 reviews, a civil penalty'of Fifty Thousand Dollars.($50,000) was-l.
proposed.
In your response.to Violation I, for which a civil penalty was assessed, you admit the violation occurred as stated in the Notice; however, youl requested I
reduction in the severity level and. remission of the civil: penalty. After'.-
consideration of your response, we have concluded for the_ reasons given-in the.
