SYSTEMATIC ASSESSMENT OF LICENSEE PERFORMANCE, REPORT NO. 50-395/87-23
This refers to the NRC's Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP)
Board Report for your V. C. Summer facility which was sent to you on October 9,
1987; our meeting of October 21, 1987, at which we discussed this report; and
your written comments dated November 20, 1987, relative to the report.
Thank you for your efforts in evaluating the SALP Board Report and in
providing several corrections that you identified in the Report. A review of
these items resulted in the enclosed Appendix which incorporates the
apc opriate changes and provides the errata for the final approved version of
the SALP Board Report.
With regard to your comment of Section IV.I.1., page 21 of the SALP Board
Report, we note your comment and have no comment in reply.
No reply to this letter is required; however, should you have any questions
concerning these matters, I will be pleased to discuss them with you.
