BROWNS FERRY REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT 259/0L-87-03 On November 17-18, 1987, the NRC administered make-up requalification examinations to employees of your company who operate your Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant and who had failed the Group III requalification examination given on July 20-23, 1987.
At the conclusion of the written examination, a copy of thc exam was left with your staff.
At the conclusion of the site visit, the examination questions were. discussed with those members of your I
staff identified in the Examination Report, Enclosure 1.
l Copies of the written examination questions and answer key are included in this report as Enclosure 2.
l As a result of this evaluation of your requalification program, it has been determined that your interim program rating is satisfactory; a final determination will be made upon completion of the evaluation process in March 1988.
A summary of the evaluation is included in this report as Enclosure 3.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and.its enclosures will be placed in NRC's Public Document Room.
