A routine safety inspection of your Emergency Preparedness Program was con-
ducted by Mr. T. Tuccinardi of this office July 13-16, 1987 at the James A.
FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant, Lycoming, New York.
Discussion of our
findings were held by Mr. Tuccinardi with you and your staff at the conclusion
of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed. Within these areas, the inspection
consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records,
interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were ob-
served.
