The amendment consists of changes to- the Technical Specifications in response to your application' (LCA 148) .
dated February 11, 1987.-
The amendment .(1) revises TS Sections 3/4.4.2 TS 3/4.4.3 and~TS 3/4.7.1 by !
increasing the setpoint tolerance for the pressurizer and main steam safety valves from 11 percent to 12 percent, and (2) changes the Bases for TS 3/4.7.1-to correct the value for the main steam system design pressure.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included.in the Comission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
