Hill-and other members'of your.. staff at the conclusion:of the inspections - Areas examined ' uring the inspection included security plans and procedures, d management effectiveness, security organization, audits, reports and records, testin0 and. maintenance, locking systems, physical barriers for both protected- and vital areas, p'ower sepply,. lighting, compensatory measures, assessment - i aids, access control.-for' personnel, packages and vehicles, detection aids for- ! both the vital-:and protected areas, alarm stations, communications, personnel training and qualifications,' safeguards contingency responses, and the - protection of safeguards information. Within these areas, the inspection .. consisted of-selective examination of procedures and^ representative records, F Jinterviews with personnal,.and observations by the NRC inspectors. The' l inspection fihdings are documented in the enclosed inspection report. Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations'were , ider.ti fi ed. We have also examined action you have taken with regard to previously , identified inspection findings. The status of these items is identified in paragraph 3 of the enclosed report. The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined.by 10 CFR Part 73.21 and its' disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147'of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
