Revision 16 was developed-to address several deletions, additions, clarifications and reso-lution of items between NRC/ Region II Staff and my Staff within the plan.

Spec-ific plan changes are addressed in the attache.ent.

Revision 16 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Catawla Nuclear Station Security Plan.
