3. Plense expand th p oposed program for action items b, e and d of thy bulletin to include the following' details as a minimus:

(a) commitment to a training progras'for setting switches, maintaining valve operators, using signature testing equipment anc interpreting signatures.

(b)' commitment to justify continued operation of a valve determined to be inopwrable, and (c) description of a method possibly needed to extrapolate valve stem thrust measured at less than maximum differential pressure.

4. Please schedule the planned dates for completing action items b, c, and d (due November 15,1987) and Action Item f (due January 15, 1988).
5. Unlisted MOVs 2802A-MS and 2802B-MS are shown in zones E-9 and G-5 of FSAR Figure 10.3-1 (GAI Dws. No. D-302-011),

in steam supply lines to the turbine-driven AFW pump.

Please revise the listing to include these MOVs, or justify their exclusion.
