.This acknowledges the receipt of your letter of July 15,1987, which transmitted a revision dated July 15, 1987 to the Nuclear Fuel and Component Manufacturing Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan.
Our review of the change has found them to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c).
Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.
It has been determined that your submittal contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
It is therefore deemed to be commercial or financiel information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to public. disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
