.with Technical Specification 15.7.8.4.A and contains information regarding plant releases, solid; waste shipments, new'and spent fuel shipments, environmental monitoring, circulating' water system-operations,, leak testing of sources, and other miscellaneous reportable items from this reporting period.
Three copies of this report'are provided for your convenience.
We are also~ required by Technical Specification 15.7.8.4.A.6.to provide.a description of. changes to.the PBNP Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM)'which became effective during the reporting period.
The PBNP Environmental Manual (incorporated into the ODCM by reference) was most recently revised in April
'1987.
Three copies'of the' manual, as well as the description of changes, are.provided for.your use.
The manual is provided in'its entirety;due to the extent of the changes made.
